Yoga is where it all started for me, and it’s a joy to share the practice with others.

My classes at Rural Wildings Yoga (previously Saka Yoga) are a space for you to breathe, move, and reconnect—with yourself and with the present moment.

 

Whether you’re flowing through a dynamic class or melting into stillness with Yin Yoga, each session is designed to meet you where you are, helping you find balance both on and off the mat.  

 

Join me for weekly classes or for private sessions that bring a little calm to your space.

Monday: 9:15 AM – Vinyasa Flow

Kickstart your week with an energising vinyasa flow!  

In this class, we focus on linking breath with movement, flowing from one pose to the next in a smooth, dynamic sequence.

Vinyasa is great for building strength, increasing flexibility, and working up a bit of a sweat!

It’s perfect for anyone who loves to move, stretch, and feel the connection between body and breath.

 

Tuesday: 6.30PM – Vinyasa Flow 

If you need a midweek reset, this evening vinyasa flow will help you shake off the day and leave you feeling refreshed and balanced. Expect a fun, flowing sequence with plenty of room to challenge yourself, all in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Tuesday: 7.45PM – Yin Yoga

For those days when you need to slow down and recharge, Yin Yoga is the perfect remedy. In this class, we’ll hold deep, passive stretches for longer periods, allowing you to really sink into the poses and target the deeper connective tissues. It’s a more meditative practice, perfect for improving flexibility, calming the nervous system, and giving yourself a moment to just be. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, restored, and ready for a great night's sleep!

 

Prices

 £10 per class (Pay As You Go)  

 £45 for a 5-class pass (must be used within 8 weeks)  

 £85 for a 10-class pass (must be used within 14 weeks)

There’s no pressure to be perfect—just come as you are and take what you need from each class. Whether you're looking to stretch, strengthen, or simply de-stress, we’re all here to enjoy the practice together.
